Brian Bonar is one of the few people who has managed to create a successful financial career, considering he doesn’t have a financial background. He has been in the financial sector for 30 years, and he has gained a wealth of knowledge over the years.
Brian Bonar is a financial expert. However, he has a theoretical knowledge of mechanical engineering. He holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the James Watt Technical College. Brian also attended Stafford University to pursue his Master in Mechanical Engineering.
Brian’s mechanical engineering education shaped his career. After completing his Bachelor degree, Brian secured a job as the procurement manager at the IBM Company. He was with the company for 16 years, before he resigned to join the QMS Company. Brian was the Director of Engineering.
Brian ventured into the sales and marketing sector in 1989 when he joined Rastek Corporation as the Vice President of the Sales and Marketing department. After four years with the Company, Brian joined Adaptec as the Sales Manager.
In 1994, Brian founded his first Company in Bezier systems and acted as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company for one year.
For four years Brian served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Itec Imaging Technologies. He left the Company in 1999. It was at during the same period that he joined the Dalrada Financial Services as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
It was this position that has defined his career as he has served in this position since 1999. He has been involved in developing strategies for sales and marketing.
Brian Bonar is also the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Trucept Company. He joined the Company in 2011 and has been involved with temporary staffing and the sale of insurance service and products.
According to San Diego Magazine, Brian Baonr has served as the President of the Allegiant Professional Business Services for two years. He founded the AMS Company in 2006 and served as the Managing Member of the Company for six years.
Over the years he has developed different skills including mergers and acquisitions.
In 2010, Brian was listed in the Cambridge Who is Who Executive of the Year in Finance. Every year the committee selects two females and males for the award. The participants are chosen depending on the academic accomplishments, professional excellence, and leadership skills.
Brian has ventured in different investments including restaurants. He has opened a bistro named Bellamy. Brian hired his staff from his favorite restaurant Rancho Bernardo.
